Zucchini flan

Ingredients

Number of persons: 6

1 kg of zucchini

100 g grated Gruyère (60 g Gruyère + 40 g Parmesan cheese)

8 spoons of milk

6 eggs

20 leaves of basil

Preparing

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into very thin slices. Sauté in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 mm over low heat.

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4
