Cream of Pumpkin Soup with Carrots

Ingredients:

Number of persons: 4

1 kg of pumpkin

500 g of carrot

2 potatoes

1 clove of garlic

1 onion

1/2 l of milk

1/2 liter of chicken broth

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Parsley

Pepper

Salt

nutmeg

10 cl of liquid cream (optional)

Preparation:

Step 1

Peel and dice the pumpkin , potatoes , and sliced carrots .

2nd step

Mince the garlic and onion .

Step 3

Sweat the onion in the olive oil.

Step 4

Add all the vegetables and garlic then pour the broth and the milk.

Step 5

Salt, pepper, “muscade” and cook for about thirty minutes.

Step 6

Mix everything (possibly add the cream) and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Step 7

Enjoy your meal !
